For 3 days in 1991 Ely, an estate in Cardiff, was the scene of riots that shook the city.  Presenter Jason Mohammad grew up on that estate and on the anniversary of the violence, he goes back to meet the people who were involved.  Ely’s still stigmatised by the events of 1991 but now Jason finds that people are finding ways to fight back.
